🎧 Recording both sides of a Slack huddle (macOS)
Show the BlackHole setup (5 minutes, one time)
  1. Install BlackHole 2ch (free, signed installer).
  2. Open Audio MIDI Setup (⌘+space → type "Audio MIDI").
  3. Click + in the bottom-left → Create Aggregate Device. Check both your mic and "BlackHole 2ch". Rename it "Huddle Capture."
  4. Click + again → Create Multi-Output Device. Check your speakers/headphones and "BlackHole 2ch". Rename it "Huddle Output."
  5. In Slack → Preferences → Audio & Video: set Speaker to Huddle Output and Mic to Huddle Capture.
  6. On this page: pick Huddle Capture as the input, then hit record.
